Meet Our Dentists

Dr Jacky always knew he was going to be a dentist. He comes from a family of dentists as both his brother and father are orthodontists. Growing up in Auckland, Jacky moved over to Queensland when he attended Griffith University, and became a Gold Coast local. His positive personality and friendliness have made him a hit with patients, young and old alike. Dr Jacky enjoys dentistry, and has dedicated to his professional growth and excelling in all aspects of dentistry. When Dr Jacky gets time off, he likes to go to the gym and being a movie buff.

Dr Min grew up in Auckland, and had migrated herself to Brisbane after obtaining an incredible ATAR score of 99.90 to study dentistry from UQ. She now calls herself home in Brisbane. Her intelligence is only matched by her gentleness of touch, alongside a caring & warm nature which keeps her a patient favourite. Dr Min enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with her friends.

Dr Bradley Chou graduated from Otago University (NZ) in 2004. Since then, he has enjoyed working as a dentist in Brisbane ever since. He used to be a tutor at the UQ Dental School, and has since went on to further studies in attaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Orthodontics as well as becoming a Fellow in the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics (IADFE). Brad is a very down to earth person, and enjoys all areas of dentistry, and excels in the field of Dental Implants, Orthodontics and full mouth rehabilitation. Over the years, he has done significant CPD in dentistry, and still loves doing dentistry after 20 years working in this field, and we are glad to have him be part of the Salisbury Dentist Team in 2024! When Brad gets time off, he enjoys travelling, watching the All Blacks, and spending time with his kids.

Dr Lionel has seen more of Australia than most Australians. Now, he has found everything he wants in Brisbane, he will call it home for the long term. His calm nature will relax the most nervous patients and he has plenty of tips to make your visit more comfortable. His enthusiasm for dentistry is ongoing and is not surprised if he doubles his requirements for course attendance. Dr Lionel is just as comfortable sitting down with a book as he is keeping fit playing basketball and marathon running. Exercise is good for the mind and soul.

Dr Janet has had a keen interest in dentistry since she was young because of her own positive experience with dentists in the past. Calm and caring in her approach, she hope to create a friendly and comfortable environment to all patients. She enjoys working with patients of all age but especially young children who are nervous about their first visit to the dentist. Her friendly nature and bubbliness have made her a hit with the patients. When Janet gets time off, she enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her little kitten.

Dr Ben Koskela started practicing dentistry in 2017 after graduating from Griffith University. Born and raised in the Gold Coast, he loves the lifestyle that South East Queensland living brings, and always enjoys helping others. He believes that nothing is as good as natural teeth and he will do anything possible to preserve your smile. While delivering high quality care, Dr Ben understands many patients can be nervous so does all he can to make his patients feel relaxed and at ease before, during and after treatment. Furthermore, Dr Ben knows a trip to the dentist can be daunting, so he will take the time to understand your concerns. In his spare time, Ben loves swimming, surfing, cycling, and on the weekends spending time with his family and two dogs on the Gold Coast.

Dr Anastasia joins Salisbury Dentist in 2025 with a huge amount of experience and expertise. She graduated in 2010 and has attained additional training in Oral Surgery & Endodntics, as well as obtaining the coveted Fellowship in the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS). She is also an advisor for Queensland at the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (https://racds.org/rc/) for potential candidate dentists who wish to attain their MRACDS. During her time off, Dr Anastasia enjoys travelling and spending time with her 2 young children and family.

Dr. Jie is a highly skilled and accomplished implant dentist known for his expertise in restorative and surgical procedures. With years of experience, he has successfully helped numerous patients restore their smiles through innovative implant techniques. Dr. Jie stays at the forefront of implant dentistry, continually advancing his knowledge and utilizing the latest technologies to ensure optimal outcomes for his patients. His meticulous approach, combined with a compassionate care philosophy, has earned him a reputation as a trusted expert in the field. In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing and spending time with his young family.
